Alicia Prince, FCCPS Chief Operating Officer

The Falls Church City Public Schools (FCCPS) School Board has unanimously appointed Ms. Alicia Prince as the district's new Chief Operating Officer, effective September 22, 2025. Ms. Prince brings extensive experience from large, diverse school districts and will play a key role in strengthening the operational foundation that supports student success across FCCPS.

"We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Prince to our FCCPS family," said Superintendent Dr. Terry Dade. "Her exceptional experience in educational operations, combined with her collaborative leadership style, makes her the ideal partner to help us continue meeting student needs through unsurpassed collaboration."

Ms. Prince succeeds Kristen Michael in the position and brings a wealth of experience to FCCPS, having served as both Chief of Staff and Interim Chief Operating Officer in large, diverse school districts. She holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from the Broad Center, a Juris Doctor with Honors from Villanova University, and a Bachelor's in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University.
