Annual VDOE Special Education Survey

Each year the Virginia Department of Education requests feedback from the parents/guardians of students who receive special education and related services. This information is being gathered via an online survey. Below you will find the link to the survey. (English & Spanish) Parents/Guardians are asked to complete the survey for each student in their household who has an IEP.

Given that the COVID-19 pandemic is still active in our communities, the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) encourages parents/guardians complete the survey using the online links listed above. However, if you wish to have a paper version of the survey FCCPS will gladly provide one to you. Please contact Cecilia Guerra at guerrac@fccps.org or by calling (703)248-5630.  We will be happy to send you a paper survey. The survey will be open to all parents/guardians until December 17, 2021. Thank you for your participation and support with this process. Please do not hesitate should you have any questions or need additional information.
