WELCOME TO THE FCCPS VIRGINIA ASSESSMENT PARENT PORTAL RESOURCE PAGE
FCCPS is pleased to inform parents of the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) Virginia Assessment Parent Portal. The Virginia Assessment Parent Portal located at https://va-results.pearsonaccessnext.com, is a new web-based portal that will allow parents to review each student’s SOL or Growth Assessment Student Detail by Question (SDBQ) Report. Please see the Growth Assessment and SOL pages linked on the left for more information.
Parents without an account will need to Create and verify a Family Account - Click here for step-by-step instructions. NOTE: Setting up a Family Account is a one-time task. The account will remain active through multiple years and Only one account is needed for each family.
VDOE: test results will be available for all tests administered after the Spring 2023 Non-Writing Test Administration. Personalized videos will be available for each student that completed a Grades 3-8 Reading and/or Mathematics Standards of Learning (SOL) assessment. Additionally, a short, non-personalized YouTube video that explains the information on a student's Non-Writing SOL test SDBQ Report, the VDOE Standards of Learning (SOL) SDBQ Overview, is available on the Parent & Caregiver Resources for Virginia Assessments page on the VDOE website. The Parent Portal will update each Friday throughout the Spring 2023 Non-Writing Tests Administration with results from tests completed during the previous week.
NOTE - Previous SDBQ Reports for growth assessments and Non-Writing SOL tests taken last year and claimed by families will remain in the family's parent portal.

Claim Codes for your Growth Assessments - Grades 3-12 families
Your student has taken a test and it is now time to go to the Virginia Assessment Parent Portal. You will Login and "Claim" your student(s) using a claim code provided by FCCPS. Click here for step by step instructions. Note - Parents will receive a "claim code" for each student during Each testing windows. It is important that parents "claim" student scores to maintain a historical record.
THE CLAIM CODE: You can find your claim code letter you will need for each of your child(rens) into your FCCPS PowerSchool account!
If you log on you PowerSchool Account (from a computer - the app does not have this capability), look for the student reports tab on the left side and then click on the Virginia Assessment Parent Portal report in the Currently Published Reports (NUMBER 1 in Orange).
We also added a link on your FCCPS PowerSchool Account to the VDOE Parent Portal (NUMBER 2 in Blue) so you can go there directly after you access your code!
When you click on the link, it will ask you to log in. As a reminder, we can NOT reset your password. Click on the Forgot password link and VDOE/ Pearson will send you a new password.
NOTE - If you have claimed tests in prior windows, those tests will be in your account and it will looks something like this:
