This process took us through four phases of designing a strategic plan that culminates with the launch of the plan in the Spring of 2022.
To develop a responsive plan, we engaged with a variety of teams to listen to feedback, generate ideas, design proposals, and catalyze change.

Everyone was invited to a Virtual Town Hall on October 28 at 7:00 p.m. to hear about the process to develop a new strategic plan for Falls Church City Public Schools (FCCPS) and engage in conversation to help inform the plan. This process included four phases of designing a strategic plan, culminating in the launch of the new FCCPS strategic plan in the Spring of 2022. This one-hour session included an overview of the process and facilitated small group discussions on experiences within FCCPS. Their participation will help us to identify key instructional priorities, drive practice across our schools, and ensure the representation of all voices within our community.
