In order to recruit and retain excellent employees, FCCPS will enhance employee salaries and benefits.
Activities in FY24 Budget
FY 2024 Budget includes
Longevity bonus for those at the top of the salary scale.
Six weeks of paid parental leave for employees who have a child.
Sick leave payout increase for employees with more than five years of service
Health insurance rate decrease for less than full-time employees.
Evidence & Performance Measurements
With the finalization of the Calendar policy CC and regulation CC-R, all employees are eligible for two days of religious holiday leave per year.
FCCPS FY2024 Budget Approved May 9, 2023
FCCPS will complete a compensation study during the 2022-23 school year.

Compensation study completed to ensure that all employees earn market-competitive pay.

By June 2023 FCCPS will adjust Extra Pay for Extra Duty stipends (EPED) to address internal and external equity.

EPED stipends reviewed and update to ensure internal and external pay equity.
