Budget & Fee Information
The Day Care Program is a not-for-profit, self-sufficient program, with almost all of its revenue originating through fees paid by participating families. Each year a budget is prepared, estimating expenses needed to serve the projected student enrollment. Subsequently, fees are calculated to meet expenses, based on projected enrollment and attendance.
In determining fees, expense and revenue projections are averaged over the school year and separately for the summer, resulting in consistent monthly fees during the school year (regardless of the length of a particular month) and weekly fees in the summer.
