5th Grade Festival Looking for Sponsors!
The Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School 5th Grade Native American Festival is right around the corner!
The students will learn about Native Americans at an educational festival organized by the Encore teachers. There will be sports, art, music, games, storytelling, and conversation all related to the study of Native Americans.
Sponsors are sought to outfit each student with a Native American Tribe "team" t-shirt. After three successful years holding this event, we know this program helps students remember important characteristics of of the tribes and regions.
MEH needs to raise $2,000 by October 21 for team t-shirts! Please join our list of sponsors.
Sponsors who donate $500 or more will receive:
Recognition on a sleeve tag with your company's name and logo. These popular shirts will be worn for years!
Recognition as a BIE Partner on www.fccps.org and in the FCCPS Morning Announcements.
Recognition in all post-even news stories on the school web site and in parent newsletters.
