Last night George Mason high school came in second in the VHSL Theatre Competition. Performing Blood Wedding, the cast wowed the judges with their superb acting skills. Out of the 85 high school performers, nine were named all district actors, and three of those were from George Mason. Seniors Ryan Sedmak, Johnny Vroom, and MG Rivas each took home the award. Rivera's also won for the best acting overall. The cast will now move on to regionals where they will compete on November 15th.
