Homecoming went off without a hitch Saturday night in the Mason gymnasium-- and what a blast it was. What more could one have asked for? Food, friends, dancing, great music! In the middle of the dance the Homecoming court was presented and King Sunny Kim and Queen Katie Potrykus, were announced again. Sunny Kim said he had a great time, but is upset this will be his last homecoming. He loves how all of his friends and classmates came out and enjoyed themselves.
Although the rules on dancing were strict, the students managed to have a great time. Senior class President Johnny Vroom explained he was so glad to be a part of setting up and organizing the dance. He tried to make it the best dance Mason has ever seen, and hopefully many think he accomplished that.
For the Gr8s, and anyone for whom this was the inaugural homecoming experience, I hope you had a great time, and come back next year. Thank the senior class, and the teachers, for putting on such a great dance.
