The George Mason swim team competed at Manassas Park Recreation Center February 4 for the Region B title. The boys and girls both won the title with Lucas Cherry winning the Region B most valuable swimmer award, winning 36 points overall, more than anyone else at the meet.

Everyone did very well at the meet getting best times all around yet again. The following swimmers moved on to the State Meet at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center: Reid Back, Eric Brown, Vincent Camacho, Beth Cashin, Sam Cashin, Lucas Cherry, Julia Estrada, Austin Gogal, Madison Irwin, Angelika Johns, Gen Jordan, Sarah Miller, Nick Roberson, Carolyn Schmitt, Leah Thirkill, Ruth Thirkill, Alex Valentino
