GMHS Lasso Online

Last night the SCA hosted the twelfth annual Mr. and Ms. Mason pageant competition. It was a great night featuring student talents ranging from elaborate dances to sumo wrestling.

Eighteen students in every grade competed for the title of Mr. and Ms. Mason. This year, senior Matt Abel was crowned Mr. Mason, while senior Claire Constance was crowned Ms. Mason.

The winners and contestants received “Swag Bags” for participating in the event. Items included coupons, gift cards, and gift items from various businesses in Falls Church. The SCA would like to thank Dogwood Tavern, Foxes Music Co., Natalia’s Elegant Creations, Pita Wraps- Lebanese Café, Mike’s Deli at Lazy Sundae, Famous Dave’s, Economy Party Supplies and Costumes, Anthony’s Restaurant, Baskin Robbins, Pie Tanza, and Mary Riley Styles Public Library for their generous donations to this event.

This event is a fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Over $840 was raised.
