George Mason High
George Mason High School has long been recognized for its challenging and rigorous courses of study as well as its high-caliber athletic and visual and performing arts programs.
It was the first Virginia school to offer the challenging International Baccalaureate (IB) program, which offers students the possibility of earning college credit while still in high school.
George Mason High School consistently scores well above state and national averages on standardized tests, and the school's reputation for excellence is widely known and consistently cited in national publications.
