Foreign Relations of the United States : Hosted by the Office of the Historian, Department of State. This searchable collection includes documents ranging from pre-Kennedy administration to the Ford administration. The documents represent major diplomatic events.
Foreign Relations of the United States (Earlier material than above link): Hosted by the University of Wisconsin. This collection has foreign relations documents starting in the 1860s.
The Cold War International History Project: Hosted by the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Studies. This collection is particularly interesting as it contains documents the communist states at that time.
